???? What You'll Do

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Act as the main point of contact and ensure a positive customer experience Understand client needs and recommend suitable Petro App products and services Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities Achieve monthly account management and sales targets Follow up on client requests, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activities Proactively identify opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related role Proven experience in client relationship management and achieving sales targets Strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Experience in B2B, Saa S, fleet management, mobility, or technology-related businesses is a plus
