They support the Director of Rooms, manage staff performance, resolve guest issues, and ensure luxury service standards and financial goals are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily tasks for the front office, housekeeping, laundry, and guest relations.
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, and supervise department managers and staff.
- Guest Satisfaction: Handle special requests, solve complaints quickly, and maintain high quality standards.
- Financial Management: Assist with budgets, labor productivity, and forecasting.
- Executive Coverage: Step in for the Director of Rooms when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in rooms division leadership, such as Front Office Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Software: Knowledge of property management systems like Opera PMS.
