Overview of the job:

Technical Support and Training Engineer specialized in air conditioning and refrigeration systems (RAC) to provide advanced technical support, implement training programs, and contribute to improving service quality and increasing the efficiency of on-site maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide advanced technical support to HVAC technicians and engineers.
- Diagnose complex technical faults and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and implement specialized technical training programs.
- Develop training materials, technical manuals, and presentations.
- Monitor technical performance and provide technical support and guidance.
- Analyze recurring faults and field-quality issues.
- Contribute to improving repair quality and first-visit repair rate.
- Prepare technical reports and raise recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to address technical issues and improve service quality.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of air conditioning and cooling.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of residential air conditioning systems and refrigeration techniques.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Residents of Cairo or Giza.
