Job Details

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, incentives, deductions, and final settlements.

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Income Tax regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee payroll data and coordinate with HR/HRIS on employee changes.

  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and payroll-related journal entries.

  • Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with banks regarding salary transfer files and payment issues.

  • Support payroll audits and required statutory submissions

  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll, preferably in a multinational or large organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll, social insurance, and income tax regulations.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Payroll certification is a plus.
