• Lead Shopify development, custom features, theme enhancements, integrations and performance

optimization.

• Improve website and app UX/UI through data-driven design and customer journey optimization.

• Identify and implement CRO opportunities to improve conversion rate, AOV and checkout

completion.

• Build and optimize landing pages, PDPs, PLPs, navigation, search, merchandising and checkout

experiences.

• Research and implement AI-powered ecommerce features including personalization,

recommendations and intelligent search.

• Monitor site performance, analytics, heatmaps and customer behavior to prioritize improvements.

• Work closely with Ecommerce, Growth, CRM, Brand and Design teams to deliver business

objectives.

• Mentor and support the Junior Developer, promoting development standards and best practices.

• Ensure website stability, scalability, speed and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Shopify development.

• Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Shopify APIs.

• Experience with CRO, UX/UI principles and A/B testing.

• Experience with GA4, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with Git, app integrations and performance optimization.

• Commercial mindset with a passion for improving ecommerce performance.
