Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and promoting saluticheese products to drive sales and ensure a positive purchasing experience. Day-to-day tasks include advising customers on product selection, explaining product features and quality, handling inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a clean and appealing sales area. The Sales Specialist will also support sales reporting, assist with merchandising and product displays, collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, and participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and promotions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets, manage the sales process, and support store performance. Candidates should possess Training skills to learn quickly, adapt to new products and procedures, and potentially guide colleagues on best practices. Candidates should have basic numeracy and POS skills, with the ability to handle transactions accurately and prepare simple sales reports. Candidates should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail, food, or FMCG sales is beneficial; proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
