• Ensure all retail projects are delivered with high-end quality standards.

• Follow up on new branch projects and renovations, ensuring timely execution according to specifications.

• Manage all project phases, including project set-up, design, team coordination, and construction administration.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors for high-quality delivery.

• Arrange and attend site activity meetings, documenting outcomes as required.

• Interact with Mall Management to coordinate work, timelines, and costs during the store/unit execution phase.

• Ensure all stores/units are fully operational by scheduled opening dates, aligned with brand and operational standards.

• Manage and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all branch systems, including regular site visits, monitoring operations, and ensuring corrective actions are taken.

• Prepare maintenance reports including quality assurance, cost management, and SLA compliance.

• Ensure all branches maintain operational standards, safety, and overall quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail fit-out projects.
