Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology), Food Science, or Agricultural Engineering. Skills required: Thorough knowledge of applying food safety standards (HACCP / GMP). Experience in inspecting oil quality and dealing with frying lines and decoration. Precision in monitoring raw materials quality and the final product. Main tasks: Regular monitoring of all production stages and ensuring compliance with approved Recipes. Inspecting and receiving raw materials and packaging materials. Monitoring cleanliness and personal hygiene conditions for the workers in the production hall. Recording and documenting daily quality readings and addressing any non-conformities.
