Community Restaurants is looking for a motivated and market-oriented IT & Technology Purchasing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.

Community Restaurants operates BRGR | Saints | Split, and we are looking for a purchasing professional who can handle IT & technology-related procurement while being actively involved in the market and supplier sourcing.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing activities for IT, Computer & Technology-related items.

• Source and purchase:

- Computers & Laptops
- Printers & Scanners
- POS Equipment & Accessories
- Networking Equipment
- IT Hardware & Peripherals
- Servers, Storage & UPS when required
- Software & Technology-related products/services

• Search for new suppliers, distributors, authorized dealers, importers and local technology companies.

• Obtain quotations, compare offers and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions.

• Conduct regular market research to identify better prices, alternative products and reliable suppliers.

• Build and maintain an updated database of suppliers, products, prices and market information.

• Follow up purchasing activities from request → quotation → comparison → approval → PO → delivery.

• Coordinate with IT, Finance, Operations and Warehouse to ensure purchasing requirements are properly fulfilled.

• Monitor supplier performance regarding price, quality, availability and delivery.

• Identify alternative suppliers and products whenever the required item is unavailable or overpriced.

• Use the company's ERP system to create, follow up and maintain purchasing transactions and records.

???? Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement.

• Previous experience in IT, Computer, Technology or Electronics Procurement is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of the local market for IT hardware, computers, networking equipment and technology products.

• Good supplier network including distributors, authorized dealers, importers and local suppliers.

• Good negotiation and price-comparison skills.

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and purchasing processes.

• Good Excel skills.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Good English is preferred.

• Very important: Willingness to visit suppliers, search the market, compare products/prices and handle direct purchasing when required.

• Energetic, practical and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
