We’re looking for someone who can build strong business relationships, identify new opportunities, and help us expand our engineering design services across the market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. Generate qualified leads and convert them into projects. Develop and manage a strong B2B client network. Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and commercial offers. Follow up on opportunities from initial contact through project award. Coordinate closely with the design team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions. Requirements2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Real Estate sector. Strong B2B communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Existing relationships with real estate developers, consultants, contractors, or property companies is a strong advantage.
