Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles across the Group and its subsidiaries. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, business cases, and investment decisions. Prepare consolidated management reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for the Group CFO and executive leadership. Partner with subsidiary leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic and investment decision-making. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended corrective actions. Support the development and enhancement of FP&A systems, reporting tools, and process automation. Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support Board and management presentations. Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial planning data across the Group. Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, reporting standards, and internal controls.
Qualifications Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, with a minimum of 8 years of experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for complex organizations. Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic and operational decision-making. Demonstrated expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting, with a track record of building and maintaining comprehensive financial plans. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage. Experience in construction, development, or related industries is beneficial, with familiarity in project-based financial analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels. Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools; experience with SAP or enterprise reporting systems is preferred.
