Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role located in Qesm El Maadi, focused on promoting and selling education courses to the Saudi market. The Telesales Agent will make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to present course offerings, understand learner needs, and recommend suitable programs. Daily tasks include explaining course features and benefits, answering questions, following up with potential learners, and closing sales in line with targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, coordinating with the customer service and training teams, and providing feedback on customer needs to help improve offerings and sales approaches.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken Arabic and professional written and verbal communication in en_US. Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive learner experience. Proven Sales skills, including telesales experience, objection handling, and closing techniques. Interest in Training and education, with the ability to understand and explain business and management course content. Previous experience in telesales or call center roles, preferably in education or services markets. Comfort working with CRM systems and basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, online communication tools). Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and manage time efficiently. High level of professionalism
