Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Cairo. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, understanding business objectives, and translating them into clear creative and marketing briefs. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing campaign timelines and deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed on budget and to agreed quality standards. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize and grow client accounts. The Account Manager will also support new business activities, including proposal development and presentations.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account coordination, and stakeholder communication. Experience managing marketing and advertising projects, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, digital, and production teams to deliver integrated BTL and ATL campaigns. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in an agency environment or in a client-facing marketing role is highly beneficial. Comfort working on-site in Cairo, with flexibility to handle multiple accounts and shifting priorities.
