Role Description The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming calls from prospective and existing customers, listen to their needs, and offer appropriate products or services that align with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inquiries, qualifying leads, providing accurate information, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The role involves maintaining detailed records of calls and outcomes, following client-specific scripts and guidelines, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and campaign targets. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability during assigned shifts and consistent adherence to performance and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales skills, including lead qualification and closing sales in an inbound call environment. Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, professional, and empathetic verbal skills and active listening. Solid Customer Service capabilities, focusing on resolving inquiries, managing objections, and building long-term relationships. Experience with Order Processing and accurate data entry, ensuring correct documentation of orders and call details. Background in Account Management, including follow-ups, relationship maintenance, and support for repeat business. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, time management skills, and self-directed work habits. Familiarity with call center software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets) is beneficial. Prior experience in sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles is preferred; fluency in English and other languages is an advantage.
