We’re Hiring | Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to our growing business.

The ideal candidate will preferably have an Architecture background with practical experience in Design, Execution & Fit-out, and a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Present the company’s services, capabilities, and solutions professionally.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales opportunities until closing.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
- Coordinate with Design, Technical, and Execution teams to ensure client requirements are properly addressed.
- Follow market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Engineering is preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Architecture, Fit-out, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Practical experience in Design, Execution & Fit-out is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Fit-out & Interior Design industry.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and project requirements.
- Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good command of English.
