Tele-Sales Team Leader
Lead and supervise the telesales team to meet sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members. Manage scheduling and daily operations of the telesales team. Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team activities. Recruit and onboard new telesales representatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
