Role Objectives:
The Logistics Team leader oversees Breadfast’s last-mile delivery operations, ensuring rider performance, live operational support, and full compliance with service standards. The role acts as the bridge between field teams, vendors, and internal operations, driving execution excellence across daily logistics activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Supervise daily rider attendance, performance, and issue resolution. Monitor order lifecycle metrics and ensure SLA adherence. Provide live operational support to resolve real-time delivery challenges. Enforce SOP compliance on fleet hygiene, branding, and equipment usage. Coordinate with third-party logistics to meet supply targets. Support onboarding of vendors and performance tracking. Maintain operational dashboards and deliver weekly reports. Oversee onboarding of new vendors in coordination with account management. Collaborate with zone leads on demand planning and capacity vs. actual.
l Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
4–6 years in logistics or field operations. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Experience in live operations and performance tracking. Familiarity with logistics KPIs and SLA metrics. Familiarity with zone-based operations. Team management & on-ground coordination.
