Urgent Advertising is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales growth and build the next stage of our business.
We’re a 360° advertising agency delivering integrated ATL & BTL solutions, including creative campaigns, media, activations, events, production, printing, and more.
What you’ll do:
Lead and develop the agency’s sales strategy and growth plan Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and major accounts Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing Develop strategic partnerships and expand the agency’s client portfolio Oversee sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and performance Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and media teams to build winning proposals Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious business targets Lead, mentor, and develop the business development & sales team
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Sales Leadership / Business Development within an advertising, marketing, or communications agency Strong understanding of ATL & BTL services and integrated advertising solutions Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership, negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills Strong commercial and strategic mindset Ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven
