We are currently seeking a full-time talented hostess for Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza who is well-mannered, professional, and passionate about hospitality to join our team. The hostess serves as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements efficiently, maintain clear communication with the restaurant team, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Our ideal hostess:

We are seeking a candidate with strong reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, along with previous experience in a similar guest-facing role. The ideal applicant will possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor. A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences is essential.
