Coordinates workflow and meets deadlines.
Evaluates high cost and complicated cases.
Monitors claims handling quality.
Commitment to the process instructions to apply the new induced cost containment processes and follow up on it.
Follows up new joiners training and refreshment sessions.
Follows up scheduling.
Handles data reporting.
AI readiness: works effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.
