Tracking and recording temperatures, pressures, and ammonia levels, and ensuring the required cooling levels are achieved. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance work, and detecting and addressing faults in the refrigeration system. Monitoring cold rooms and storage, filling stations, and ensuring the efficiency of Defrost systems and controlling temperature and humidity. Inspecting and detecting any ammonia leaks and handling them according to approved emergency and safety procedures. Adhering to occupational safety and health procedures, recording operating readings and maintenance work, and submitting reports on faults.
