Occupation Description The Marketing Senior Executive identifies new communication opportunities and implement them through print, design, PR, media, and advertising agencies in translating brand-marketing objectives into creative communication material.
Job Scope Develop the marketing plan with its budget that ensures achieving the company’s objectives. Design and create an advertising plan for the projects and its unique selling points and communications channels. Handle the corporate campaign and strategy. Handle new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of market forces. Handing PR press conferences and media interviews with the spokesperson. Handle the Monthly marketing reports. Handle the ROI’s of each event /activation. Handle creative corporate/ project treatment.
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested3+ years of related experience. Previous experience in Real Estate is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
