Role Description The Rental Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, focused on delivering a positive customer experience and driving rental sales. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their mobility needs, and recommending suitable rental options, upgrades, and additional services in line with company offerings. The role involves processing reservations and rental agreements, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment handling. The Rental Sales Agent will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and support customer satisfaction through professional communication and service. Daily tasks also include coordinating with operations on vehicle availability, maintaining product knowledge of rental, leasing, and chauffeur services, and adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a professional and positive experience. Effective Communication skills for interacting with diverse customers and collaborating with team members and other departments. Sales capabilities, including the ability to promote rental options, upsell services, and meet or exceed sales targets. Understanding of Car Rental operations, processes, and basic vehicle categories; prior experience in car rental or mobility services is an advantage. Good spoken and written English and Arabic skills; additional languages are a plus. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or CRM systems. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid, including availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree is preferred but not mandatory.
