Senior Telesales Executive – Egypt

We are looking for ambitious, experienced, and driven sales professionals to join our growing team in Egypt.

This role offers the opportunity to work on premium real estate projects in Makkah, connecting with clients from around the world and providing a unique and meaningful investment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Contact, engage, and follow up with local and international clients. Present and explain premium real estate projects professionally and confidently. Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure. Maintain consistent and effective follow-up with prospects. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Contribute to team performance and share best practices with junior team members.

Role Nature

This is a telesales-focused role involving direct communication with local and international clients. The role requires strong sales ownership, negotiation, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.2+ years of proven experience in Sales or Real Estate Sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in high-value sales is highly preferred. Experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage. Good command of English (B2 level or above). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Confident, professional, presentable, and target-driven. Ability to handle international clients and build long-term client relationships. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
