Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist role is a full-time hybrid position based in Qesm El Maadi, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will identify prospective clients, explain life and takaful insurance products, and recommend coverage options that meet clients’ financial protection needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and completing policy applications in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing policyholders, supporting renewal processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and high-quality customer service. The specialist is expected to meet individual sales targets, contribute to branch performance, and uphold ethical and Sharia-compliant sales practices. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record in insurance, financial services, or related customer-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex financial products clearly and build long-term client relationships. Solid understanding of basic finance and insurance concepts; familiarity with life and takaful insurance and Sharia-compliant products is an advantage. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage pipelines, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets in a structured manner. Comfort with hybrid work, including using digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) to manage client data and reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred; relevant professional training or certifications in insurance are a plus. High ethical standards, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a growing organization. Resident of Cairo, with the ability to commute to Qesm El Maadi as required.
