Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Sales team member will support sales activities by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and assisting with product and service presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on leads, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with senior sales staff to close deals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand solution offerings, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Junior Sales team member will also participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide clear information. Foundational Sales skills, including lead qualification, relationship building, and supporting the sales process. Ability to assist in Training activities, such as learning and sharing product knowledge and sales best practices. Interest or basic exposure to Sales Management concepts, such as pipeline tracking and reporting, is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on targets and measurable outcomes. Basic understanding of IT solutions or willingness to quickly learn technical concepts. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
