Responsibilities: Managing and monitoring the company accounts on social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Creating B2B-oriented content aligned with the company's brand identity. Designing social media posts, especially static designs, with the ability to create simple animated designs as an added plus. Writing professional captions in English. Coordinating with management and the sales team on content ideas and marketing initiatives. Communicating with current and potential clients through phone calls. Understanding client needs and providing suitable products according to their requirements. Following up with potential clients and converting contact opportunities into sales. Building and maintaining good, sustainable relationships with clients. Handling client inquiries and objections professionally and working to close the sale. Recording and tracking client data, call results, and follow-up activities. Coordinating with the sales team and relevant departments to ensure effective client order follow-up. Following up on order status and ensuring appropriate support for clients until the sale is completed. Preparing and sharing periodic reports on calls, potential clients, follow-ups, and sales results.
