Title: Senior Relationship Manager [Small & Midcap]
Role Description:Sr. RM acts as the client focal point, coordinating with all other product factories to provide clients with all their needs, owner of client account plans.
Responsibilities: -Internal:Monitor overall client profitability (i.e., relationship pricing), share of wallet (across multiple products) & cross selling alongside PMs. Responsible for credit memo completion, supporting analysts on memo writing, preparation, and attending credit committees. Responsible for account plan completion and active participation in round table discussions, supported by analysts. Participate in working teams Team Heads and PMs to structure bespoke solutions for clients. Responsible for launching and completing annual client reviews and identification of potential areas of improvement. Guide & mentor analysts to support on day-to-day operational tasks (credit memos, account plans, CCS handling…) Develop managerial skill set to enable growth towards team leader role.
External:Responsible for client relationship management for allocated portfolio (Borr. + non-Borr.) in close cooperation with Team Leader Responsible for E2E sales cycle from pitching to contract negotiations, with PMs teams (based on jointly devised account plans) Identifies business opportunities for new clients, with a focus on designated sectors.
Skills & Background: -Excellent problem solving and excellent analytical skills. Comprehensive knowledge of all BM products including lending, cash management, FX, treasury, investment banking, etc. Thorough understanding of competitor positioning in terms of pricing, product offerings, etc. Excellent knowledge of credit risk policies & structuring of facilities Adequate understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to details and deep sense of understanding specific client needs.
Qualifications: -Credit Course is the Must. Minimum 8 years of experience.
