Key Responsibilities

.Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms when required.

Publish resale property advertisements on the company's Facebook page.

Upload and update resale units on the CRM inventory system.

Ensure all resale listings are accurate, complete, and regularly updated.

Coordinate with the Sales Team to receive new resale units and update availability.

Maintain organized records of resale properties and client information.

Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.

Prepare basic reports related to resale inventory and listings when requested.

Requirements

• Females only.

• must be graduated.

• unveiled.

• Experience required from 6 months up to 1 year.

• Availability to Attend Real Estate Expo And Orientations when required.

• professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience Using CRM systems is a plus.

• Excellent communications skills
