• Shooting introductory videos about the company and the idea of a property owners’ union, and featuring as the company’s face • Preparing promotional content and marketing ideas for social media platforms • Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media messages • Explaining the project idea and the payment method to customers clearly • Following up with interested clients until the contract is completed • Organizing the customer database and periodic reports on campaign performance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years of general experience and at least 1 year in real estate sales • Confidence and fluency in front of the camera (a short applicant video is required — even if on mobile) • High communication and persuasion skills • Familiarity with basics of editing and mobile photography • Ability to understand and explain financial and real estate concepts in simple terms Benefits: • Fixed salary + commission on each sale • Work on a project with a different and easy-to-market idea (cost price) • Flexible work environment and real opportunities for growth with the company Additional details: number of vacancies: 1 • Shift system: mornings only
