Receiving daily dispensing requests and working on dispensing available items, labeling and recording them. Arranging the items in the stores in a good order with numbering to facilitate easy access. Receiving goods from the main warehouse, auditing their quantity and quality against specifications with the inspection committee. Full responsibility for item movements including outgoing, incoming, quantity, arrangement, numbering, and others. Recording incoming and outgoing and references via the computer program. Conducting technical tests and following up. Working on monitoring dormant, damaged, and delayed items. Filling out stock receipt and dispensing warrants.
