We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Hospital Setup & Contracting Manager to lead the planning, contracting, and operational launch of our new flagship hospital project.
We are looking for a strategic leader who combines technical medical knowledge, hospital management expertise, and strong industry networks to build this project from the ground up.
???? Key Responsibilities:
* Operational & Phasing Strategy: Develop the strategic roadmap for the hospital’s launch (evaluating operational priorities: e.g., starting with Outpatient Clinics vs. Inpatient Wards and Operating Theaters) to optimize ROI and operational flow.
* Financial Planning & Budgeting: Determine suitable funding allocations, manage capital expenditure (Cap Ex) and operational expenditure (OpEx), and optimize budget utilization across setup phases.
* Medical & Technical Contracting: Oversee and execute all technical, medical, and insurance contracts, as well as agreements with medical staff and third-party vendors.
* Vendor & Network Management: Leverage an established network to source, negotiate, and procure cutting-edge medical equipment, radiology units, and laboratory solutions on the best commercial terms.
???? Qualifications & Requirements:
* Education: Certified in Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration (Diploma, Master's, or equivalent certification).
* Experience: Proven track record in medical/technical contracting and managing new hospital setup projects from inception to launch.
* Strategic Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare commissioning, operational sequencing, and medical fit-out priorities.
* Vendor Network: A strong, established network of reliable suppliers for medical devices, radiology equipment, and lab solutions.
* Key Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, healthcare financial planning, project management, and strategic leadership.
