Squad101 is a premium health, wellness, and transformation retreat located approximately 15 km from Sheikh Zayed City (around 15 minutes by car). We are building an in-house creative team to elevate our content quality, storytelling, and brand presence.
We are seeking a Senior Content Creator & Creative Lead who is highly creative, hands-on, and passionate about producing premium visual content. The ideal candidate will lead the creative direction of our content while developing engaging visuals across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create high-end visual content, including videos and photography, for Squad101’s social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and premium lifestyle content.
- Capture and edit professional photography, including lifestyle, people, facilities, and guest experiences.
- Design premium static posts and carousel content.
- Own the creative quality and visual direction of Squad101’s digital content.
- Build monthly content calendars in collaboration with management and align them with marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas that drive engagement.
- Produce daily stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create guest testimonials and transformation story content.
- Organize and maintain a structured content library for marketing and advertising.
- Handle occasional graphic design tasks, including presentations, brochures, menus, and simple marketing documents.
- Collaborate with management and the sales team on campaign content and messaging.
Requirements- Strong experience in videography, video editing, and photography.
- Ability to design visually appealing static posts and carousel content.
- Excellent creative eye with strong storytelling and visual direction skills.
- Basic understanding of content planning and marketing strategy.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other short-form video platforms.
- Comfortable directing people on camera and capturing authentic moments.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and basic Adobe Photoshop.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on.
- Willing to work on-site and capture day-to-day activities.
- Able to commute daily to the retreat, approximately 15 km from Sheikh Zayed City.
Working Conditions- Full-time, on-site position.
- 8 days off per month.
- Working location: Squad101 Retreat, approximately 15 minutes from Sheikh Zayed City.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: EGP 20,000 – 25,000 per month.
- Full daily gourmet meals provided (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Beverages).
- Performance-based bonuses (KPIs).
