Sales Executive
Climake is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Central Heating, HVAC, or related technical industries. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional who excels at building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is open to candidates with relevant industry sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and recommend suitable heating solutions from Climake's product line. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions through CRM tools. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment.
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales experience in central heating or a related technical/industrial sector. Strong understanding of client needs, negotiation, and closing techniques. University degree in any field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field. Owning a car is a plus. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
