Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our operational functions, including warehouse management, logistics, supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and branch expansion. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, improve efficiency, and support the company's growth within the FMCG distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse and inventory operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and proper stock management. Manage logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery. Coordinate company registrations, licenses, and operational compliance requirements. Manage supply chain operations, including customs clearance, import processes, and coordination with the Purchasing team. Support and execute expansion plans for new branches and operational locations. Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, and systems to enhance efficiency. Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance reports, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations. Oversee all the operations of dark store management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in operations management, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain roles. Proven experience working in the FMCG industry, preferably in distribution or fast-moving consumer goods operations. Experience managing warehouse operations, logistics networks, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Strong understanding of customs processes, import documentation, and coordination with purchasing teams. Proven experience supporting business expansion and opening new branches. Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, Odoo system is an added advantage.
