Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.
Review architectural design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.
Support procurement through material approvals and technical evaluations.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards.
Provide technical support to site execution and QA/QC teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. (Governmental university).
5+ years of experience including technical office work.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office.
Familiarity with SEC/SBC and local authority standards is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination and problem-solving skills.

خبرة 5+ سنوات تتضمن عمل مكتبي تقني.
الإلمام بـ AutoCAD وRevit/BIM وMS Office.
الإلمام بمعايير SEC/SBC والجهات المحلية مفضل.
مهارات اتصال وتنسيق قوية ومهارات حل المشكلات.
