Remote | Full-time Reputation Arm is looking for a full-stack developer to join our engineering team. You'll work across the entire stack — from backend logic to polished, accessible interfaces — inside a mature, well-established product. What You'll Do- Build and maintain features across a Laravel backend and an Inertia.js + Vue 3 frontend- Implement secure, role-based access across the product- Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible UI using Vuetify- Integrate with external APIs and background job processing for data-heavy workflows- Help maintain a product used by customers across multiple languages and regions- Take part in code reviews and architecture discussions as the codebase grows- Write automated tests with PHPUnit as a core part of your workflow, not an afterthought
What We're Looking For- Strong experience with Laravel- Experience with Vue.js, ideally alongside Inertia.js or a similar server-driven SPA approach- Comfortable owning automated test coverage for your own work- Experience with role/permission-based authorization- Experience with Vuetify or similar component-based UI libraries- Familiarity with internationalization in multi-language products- Understanding of database performance, concurrency, and data integrity- Strong engineering discipline and clean, well-organized code- Comfortable in Docker-based environments with CI/CD workflows- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams- Fluent English, written and spoken
