Job Title: Sales Representative Job Code: SA-10-R0Location: El Nozha / Shinzo Abe – Cairo, Egypt Department: Sales Department Reports To: Branch Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities· Identify customers' needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle options. · Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers until the sales process is successfully completed. · Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into actual sales. · Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets. · Coordinate with the Credit, Insurance, and Delivery Departments to complete all sales procedures. · Follow up on sales contracts and ensure all required documentation is complete. · Update customer information accurately in the company's systems. · Maintain communication with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. · Comply with company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional brand image. · Required Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. · 1–3 years of experience in Sales. · Previous experience in the automotive industry or commercial sales is preferred. · Strong sales and negotiation skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Professional appearance with excellent customer service etiquette.
