Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for promoting Nutravia’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual and occasional in-person sales calls, delivering product presentations, and providing accurate, up-to-date information on indications, benefits, and safety profiles. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The representative will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, complying with regulatory and ethical guidelines, and participating in training to stay informed about product developments and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong Medical Sales skills, including prospecting, product detailing, and closing, with a track record of meeting sales targets. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build long-term professional relationships. Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product mechanisms, and clinical terminology. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple accounts and tasks. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and proficiency in virtual meeting platforms for remote presentations. Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, ethical sales practices, and relevant industry regulations. Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is highly beneficial; experience collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.
