To ensure efficient stock flow, accuracy, and availability , supporting sales performance while minimizing stock risks.
Maintain accurate stock levels across stores and warehouses
Monitor stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfers)
Monitor and execute inter-store transfers to balance stock across locations
Follow up on store replenishment and allocations to ensure timely availability
Ensure the right stock is distributed based on store performance and demand
Track and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock.
