Role Description The Property Consultant and Car Resale Agent will work on-site in Cairo in a full-time capacity, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, as well as reselling vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting property and car viewings, evaluating listings, and advising clients on prices, market trends, and investment opportunities. The role involves preparing and updating listings, managing inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating documentation and contracts with relevant stakeholders. The consultant will also maintain accurate records of leads and closed deals, collaborate with internal teams, and represent Egy Property professionally in all client interactions. Qualifications Strong client relationship and sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities. Solid knowledge of local real estate and car resale markets, with the ability to assess property and vehicle value. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic preferred. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, viewings, and client follow-ups efficiently. Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms for managing listings, customer records, and online communication. Previous experience in real estate, automotive sales, or a related customer-facing field is highly beneficial. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Cairo for meetings and viewings. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
