Role Description The Direct Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting FORSA financing solutions through direct sales activities. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, building relationships with merchants and retail partners, explaining financing products, and guiding customers through the application process until activation. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to attract and acquire new customers. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and merchants. Candidates should possess customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups. Candidates should possess problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally. Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in direct sales, financial services, banking, fintech, or consumer finance is preferred but not mandatory
