Role Description The Front Office Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Consortio Law Firm’s office in Heliopolis. The person in this position will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, and ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, managing appointments and meeting room bookings, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. The role also involves supporting administrative activities such as document handling, maintaining records, and assisting colleagues with basic office tasks as needed. The Front Office Receptionist will represent the firm’s standards of professionalism in all interactions and help maintain smooth, efficient front office operations.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Front Office skills, including managing a reception desk, handling visitors, and organizing appointments. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries professionally and maintain a courteous demeanor. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners. Candidates should have solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates should be proficient with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, scheduling tools) and comfortable learning new systems. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is beneficial, as well as familiarity with client-facing roles. A high school diploma is required; further education in business administration, office management, or related fields is an advantage.
