Role Description The Senior Performance Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and refining performance management frameworks and processes that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing performance appraisal systems, setting key performance indicators, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and recommendations for leadership. The specialist will collaborate with program managers and finance teams to ensure performance targets are integrated into operational and financial plans, and will support training and coaching initiatives to enhance staff performance. The role also involves monitoring the effectiveness of performance programs and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong performance-focused capabilities, including Performance Management and Performance Appraisal skills. Solid analytical abilities, with proven Analytical Skills for interpreting data, metrics, and performance trends. Experience in Program Management, including planning, executing, and evaluating performance-related initiatives. Foundational understanding of Finance to connect performance outcomes with budgets and financial targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HR, performance management) are an advantage. Demonstrated experience in a senior performance management or HR role, ideally within education or service-oriented organizations. Proficiency in using performance management tools, data analysis software, and standard office applications. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement in a structured, ethical, and inclusive manner.
