Supervise all daily operational processes within the branch to ensure smooth workflow in accordance with company policies, aiming to ensure continuity of operations without obstacles and achieve targeted performance levels.
Develop operational plans and monitor the sales team performance to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly targets, aiming to meet or exceed the branch's approved sales targets.
Monitor customer service quality and responsiveness to complaints, and work on resolving them to raise customer satisfaction and keep retention rates high.
Supervise receipt, dispensing, transfer of goods, periodic inventory, and accuracy of stock balances to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage and losses.
Track revenues and expenses and profitability indicators and analyze performance results to achieve targeted profitability while controlling operating expenses.
Ensure all staff comply with company rules, operating procedures, and safety guidelines to reduce violations and achieve full compliance with internal policies.
Supervise collections, deposits, settlements, and daily financial reports to ensure cash handling safety and accuracy of financial reconciliations.
Review key performance indicators such as sales, average order value, conversion rate, and productivity to make corrective decisions to improve performance and achieve operational goals.
Ensure security and safety requirements are applied inside the branch, protecting employees, customers, and assets, to provide a safe work environment and reduce accidents and operational risks.
