Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
✅ Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
✅ Conduct workplace risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
✅ Monitor environmental and occupational health performance.
✅ Lead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
✅ Develop and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
✅ Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans.
✅ Partner with leadership and operational teams to strengthen safety culture.
✅ Prepare HSE reports, maintain documentation, and recommend continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are a strong advantage.
✔ Strong expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management.
✔ Proven experience in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and environmental protection.
✔ Hands-on experience in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industrial environment is preferred.
