Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural technical drawings and construction documents. Develop SD, DD, IFC, and Tender packages. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Interior Design disciplines. Review drawings for compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Resolve technical coordination issues during the design process. Assist in preparing BOQs and technical reports when required. Participate in design review meetings and client coordination. Maintain BIM/Revit models according to company standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.4–5 years of experience in technical design. Excellent knowledge of construction details and building systems. Strong experience in Revit and Auto CAD. Knowledge of Egyptian Codes and Authority requirements. Good understanding of BIM workflows. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines.
