We're looking for a proactive HR professional to take ownership of our White-Collar recruitment process while supporting key Organizational Development initiatives. Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist???? Location: Obour City, Egypt ???? Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ???? Working Days: Saturday – Thursday Recruitment — You'll Own This Manage the full White-Collar recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Build and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for White-Collar roles. Coordinate with hiring managers across departments. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. ODevelopment — You'll Support This Assist in developing job descriptions and organizational structures under senior guidance. Support workforce planning and basic HR analytics. Support the development and maintenance of HR policies and documentation. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of HR experience, with proven experience managing the full White-Collar recruitment cycle. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Odoo experience is a strong advantage. Good command of English, with strong communication and analytical skills.????
