The Sales team member will support clients in finding suitable properties, explaining options, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Daily tasks include meeting potential clients, presenting available properties, answering inquiries, and following up on leads provided by the company. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and negotiations to ensure a smooth transaction process. A car is required for property visits and client meetings; no prior sales experience is needed, and training will be provided. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients. Basic negotiation and customer service abilities, with an interest in learning sales techniques in real estate. Ability to organize schedules, manage multiple client requests, and keep accurate records of visits and follow-ups. Valid driving license and access to a car to travel to properties and client meetings within New Cairo. Willingness to work on-site full-time in New Cairo and learn about the local property market. Proficiency in basic computer and smartphone applications for communication, data entry, and property listings. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred but not strictly required for strong, motivated candidates.
