Job Summary

The Medical Sales Intern will support the Medical Sales team by learning about COA Holding's healthcare services, assisting with patient communication, maintaining CRM records, and participating in product and sales training. This internship offers practical exposure to the healthcare industry while developing essential sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Medical Sales team with daily operational activities. Learn and understand COA Holding's healthcare services and products. Support patient communication and follow-up activities. Update and maintain customer information using the company's CRM system. Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions. Observe and apply consultative selling techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive patient experience. Complete assigned tasks and projects within the internship program.

Preferred Qualifications

Educational background in Pharmacy, Science, or Agriculture is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Interest in medical sales, healthcare, and customer engagement. Good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
